BCG Real Estate Group is a veteran-owned and operated real estate services business with a shared vision amongst its partners to build wealth through real estate investing.
The company's founders share a unique story in that each of them attended and graduated from a different Military Academy, making the likelihood of friendship, let alone business success, very unlikely! Against all odds, they leveraged each other’s strengths to get started and founded BCG (which stands for Beat Coast Guard) Real Estate Group.
The team's goal is to help our clients and partners build wealth through real estate by delivering strong and efficient property management, having a value-add mentality, and creating and maintaining safe, comfortable and high quality apartments and homes for our guests.

Andrew is a US Military Academy graduate who is a former supply chain consultant and currently runs the day-to-day operations for BCG Real Estate Group. He has been a real estate agent in the Chicagoland area for 10+ years and is an owner / investor of multi-family buildings across the country since 2008.

A Navy and U Chicago grad, JD has managed multi-family properties and AirBnBs in Chicago and Minneapolis for 10+ years. JD specializes in executing and overseeing our project renovations, and managing leasing operations across the portfolio.

Joey Dumas
PARTNER
Joey is an Air Force and U Chicago grad, the founder of an Airbnb management company, and is experienced in multi-family rentals in Chicago. Joey flies B737s for American Airlines and keeps our investors, guests and vendors / partners informed while leading our acquisition strategy.

Kyle Dierkens
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Kyle brings nearly a decade of operational and military experience to the team as he heads up the operations division of BCG. He is responsible for literally everything, including maintenance coordination, leasing operations, marketing and sales, and special projects coordination. Kyle has played an integral part in overseeing our recent rehab projects.

Ashwin Abichandani
GENERAL MANAGER
Ashwin Abichandani is a Chicago-based real estate agent, Co-Host of Veterans in Real Estate and The Chicago Veterans Real Estate Meetup, and General Manager of BCG Real Estate Group. A U.S. Army Reserve veteran (2015–2021), he brings a mission-driven approach to real estate sales and property management, growing and streamlining BCG’s management services and operations while specializing in assisting military families, first-time buyers, and investors. He also speaks Hindi, serving a diverse range of clients.
