Our team has an overall focus on Chicago but specifically targets undervalued assets in neighborhoods such as Wicker Park, Humboldt Park, West Town, Ukrainian Village and the surrounding areas. Each of these areas contain the most sought after pieces of real estate in Chicago and are loaded with restaurants, shops, bars and some amazing parks. Young professionals are the target rental population who make up a majority of our existing resident base as well as the total resident pool to choose from. Vacancy rates are historically low for these areas, as we often see less than 4 day turnovers between guests.
